I’m excited to announce I’ll be teaching the Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) Foundation Exam Prep Class at this year’s STC Summit! Achieving the CPTC Foundation Level designation shows you have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of nine core areas that comprise the work of a technical communicator. Certification also represents a commitment to furthering your development of this knowledge and proficiency. Combined, these send a strong message to employers, clients, and colleagues that you are qualified to do your work efficiently and effectively.
